MRR Gobal Investments CVA has implemented a focused approach to investing in core and value-added real estate. Our acquisition and asset management professionals are either native to or have lived in their assigned region for extended periods of time. This on-the-ground coverage and targeted market approach helps ensure the most educated investment decisions are made for each of our clients and portfolios.

Core

Core portfolio construction targets high-quality, stabilized properties that are substantially differentiated from their competition in markets with historically strong performance. Our core investment strategy is income-focused and aims to produce the highest returns with low volatility. The physical attributes of core real estate properties should meet contemporary competitive standards.

Value-Added

Value-Added portfolio construction focuses on “non-stabilized” assets where a higher percentage of total return is generated by growth and returns are characterized by greater volatility. MRR Global Investments seeks to add value to investments through active management strategies, including additional capital investment, leasing, recapitalization, renovation and redevelopment, while providing investors with an attractive overall total return.
